Central Southern go to Brooklands British Marques Day

Sunday 28th April saw the Central Southern area of Seloc attend the British Marques day at Brooklands Museum.

Meeting up in Winchester at a pretty respectable time of 9am, a small group of us set off for Brooklands via the A272 and A32.

As we had a British car, we were allowed into the circuit being ushered into a prime spot on the finish straight.

There were plenty of interesting classic British cars in attendance.

My Favourites.

Loved the Hardwood HT Lead Holder.

The relocated and refurbished Hangar is impressive.

If you have never visited before, do, it’s a brilliant museum, there is also an aircraft and bus museum and you can walk the banked circuit.

Thanks to Mark Holttum (Fatwomble) for organising the event and providing the report.
